Light and refreshing almond jelly with cherry blossom scented gelatin dessert is a wonderful way to surprise guests. Edible and delicate cherry blossoms imported from Japan are carefully placed in the gelatin and positioned to resemble a full bloom. Almond jelly can be substitued with panna cotta.
